Hello, I’m Caroline, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 9 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across New Jersey, specializing in anxiety, bipolar disorder, college and graduate student mental health, and depression. My Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatry was completed at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.

As a psych NP, my background includes treating a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, which supports a comprehensive and individualized approach to care.

My approach starts with building a relationship where clients feel safe and understood. From there, we can clarify what they want, what they need, and how to move toward a more authentic life. My work combines a holistic perspective with CBT and people-centered care.
