Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Stepheny, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 6 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across Pennsylvania, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia & sleep issues, bipolar disorder, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). My master of science in nursing specializing in psychiatry was completed at Ohio University where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care, with my clinical expertise further strengthened by my Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Practice.

Trained as a psych NP, I am a generalist with experience in treating a wide range ofmental health conditions.

My approach to care is collaborative and patient-centered, grounded in evidence-based practice and thoughtful medication management. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment.
