Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Sydonie, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across Washington, DC, specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, burnout, chronic illness, college & graduate student mental health, family issues, and infertility. My master of science in nursing specializing in psychiatry was completed at Walden University where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.

Trained as a psych NP, I am a generalist with experience in treating a wide range of conditions.

I believe that mental health healing is a journey that evolves, and therapy/medication management offers a space to feel heard, supported, and understood. Together, we can work toward growth, balance, and emotional wellness at your pace.
