Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Crystal, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 3 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across California, specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, college & graduate student mental health, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) / trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), seasonal affective disorder (SAD), and stress management. My master of science in nursing specializing in psychiatry was completed at Vanderbilt University where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.

Trained as a psych NP, I am a generalist with experience in treating a wide range of conditions.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based, individualized care. I believe patients should feel heard and understood, and I work with each person to develop a treatment plan that aligns with their goals and values.
