I’ve taken the ADHD Care Pledge to support safe and thoughtful stimulant use

Hello! I’m Staci, a double board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner with 8 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across Maryland, specializing in perimenopause/menopause, women’s health, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I built my strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care through my master’s degree and psychiatric training at Wilmington University.

Trained as a psych NP, I’m a generalist with experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, which supports a comprehensive and individualized approach to care.

I prefer an integrative approach to help clients with the goal of achieving serenity and balance in their lives. Every client has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Together, we will use an integrative approach to reach your treatment goals which may include: medication management, supportive therapy, vitamins/supplements, sleep hygiene, lifestyle changes, coaching and much more. By fostering a supportive environment and tailoring my approach to each individual, I aim to empower clients on their journey toward mind and body balance. We will start with an introductory session which allows the client to share their personal story and treatment goals they would like to achieve. Our time together is always conducted in a warm, non-judgmental and safe environment. The clients overall well-being is of paramount importance, and I look forward to supporting you on your mental health journey.

Reviews

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Staci listened to EVERYTHING I had to say, which is saying a lot considering I rambled at times. She answered all of my questions and reassured me that none of them were dumb because it’s my body and the medicine is going in my body. It’s important to know what I’m taking. I appreciated that she was so attentive to my charts and the information I was telling her.”
