Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Ana, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 10 years of combined nursing and clinical experience in psychology and mental health. I provide care to clients across New York, specializing in anxiety, bipolar disorder, college and graduate student mental health, and depression. My Doctor of Nursing Practice in psychiatry was completed at Columbia University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.

Trained as a psych NP, I’m a generalist with experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions.

My approach to treatment is rooted in holistic care. In all my years in nursing, I find it most helpful to relate mental health to physical health, and vice versa. Every client has different needs and different ways to express those needs. As such, my introductory sessions are centered on their stories and how they feel. From there, I work with clients to empower them toward a more fulfilling life.
