Hi, I’m Cathleen, a double board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner with 27 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across New York, specializing in anxiety, ADHD, depression, and insomnia. My strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care was established through my master’s degree and psychiatric training at St. John Fisher College.
As a psych NP, my background includes treating a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, which supports a comprehensive and individualized approach to care.
In my practice, I see clients as partners in their own care. I provide clear options, evidence-based recommendations, and steady guidance. Clients are encouraged to explore what feels right for their needs and lifestyle, and together, we work toward sustainable growth and improved well-being.
