Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Erika, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 21 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across Connecticut, specializing in depression, insomnia & sleep issues, life transitions, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). My post-graduate psychiatric specialization was completed at Wilkes University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.

Trained as a psych NP, I’m a generalist with experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions.

I use an open, empathetic, and client-centered approach to assist clients in reducing the distressing symptoms of mental health disorders and the effects of stressful lifestyles.
