I’ve taken the ADHD Care Pledge to support safe and thoughtful stimulant use
Hello, I’m Janet, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 7 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across New Jersey, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression. My Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatry was completed at Wilkes University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.
As a psych NP, I treat a broad spectrum of mental health conditions in addition to my specializations.
My approach to mental health care is rooted in collaboration and partnership. I provide therapy and manage medications, working closely with each client to develop a personalized plan that aligns with their unique needs and goals. Together, we explore a combination of therapeutic and medication options to create the most effective and empowering treatment strategy, ensuring that each client feels supported and heard throughout their mental health journey.

“Good overall experience. Not knowing what to expect, the practitioner explained what would happen today and what the next steps would be. She gave options and listened. She had a professional and kind demeanor, which I appreciated.”

“Janet is really kind and professional. It is often embarrassing to list off all my issues the first session, but her attitude and ability to listen were really helpful and aided me in sharing everything I needed to share. Unrelated to her, the video quality was a little glitchy at times, but I had no issue hearing and understanding the entire 60-minute session.”
