I’ve taken the ADHD Care Pledge to support safe and thoughtful stimulant use
Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Janet, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 9 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across California, specializing in maternal mental health (pre/postpartum), ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and insomnia. My strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care was established through my master’s degree and psychiatric training at Charles Drew Medical School.
Trained as a psych NP, I’m a generalist with experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions.
My approach involves the whole individual and the forces around the person. I break things into small digestible steps and build on strength and character.
