Jennifer Holland

Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Jennifer, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 10 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across Oregon, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia & sleep issues, bipolar disorder. My master of science in nursing specializing in psychiatry were completed at Frontier Nursing University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.

As a psych NP, I treat a broad spectrum of mental health conditions in addition to my specializations.

I believe in client-centered, holistic care. I like to do a thorough assessment of symptoms, but also of lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, and exercise. I’m interested in lab work for mental health including B12, vitamin D, thyroid. Then I like to work with the individual on what they want to change and use therapy to help them find their way.
