Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Jennifer, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 14 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across New York, specializing in anxiety, depression, bipolar, adhd, life transitions, college & graduate student mental health, women’s issues, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), burnout, chronic illness, family issues, maternal mental health / pre / postpartum, insomnia & sleep issues, seasonal affective disorder (SAD). My master of science in nursing specializing in psychiatry was completed at Hunter College where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.

Trained as a psych NP, I am a generalist with experience in treating a wide range of conditions.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in patient-centered care. I believe in informed, shared decision-making, where we work together to create a treatment plan that reflects your goals, values, and unique experiences. I strive to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to actively participate in your care. I am passionate about normalizing conversations around mental health, reducing stigma, and providing evidence-based care that promotes resilience, hope, and meaningful, lasting well-being.

We’re likely a good match if you…
