I’ve taken the ADHD Care Pledge to support safe and thoughtful stimulant use

Hi! I’m Jennifer, a double board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across New York, specializing in anxiety, chronic illness, depression, and insomnia & sleep issues. My strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care was established through my post-graduate psychiatric specialization at SUNY Upstate Medical University.

As a psych NP, I treat a broad spectrum of mental health conditions in addition to my specializations.

My priority is building trusting relationships with my clients wherein they feel comfortable sharing their concerns openly. From there, we break down overwhelming challenges into manageable steps. My priority as a Psych NP is to help them feel capable and supported in their journey.

We’re likely a good match if you…

  • like people who make serious things feel less heavy

“Jennifer is more than my therapist. After two years I believe we have formed a strong relationship. She is someone I look to for help and affirmation and quite possibly during the same session. In between our telehealth visits I try to remind myself “What would Jennifer say”?"
