Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Joseph, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 9 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across Pennsylvania, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia & sleep issues, and gender-affirming care. My master of science in nursing specializing in psychiatry was completed at University of Pennsylvania, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.

As a psych NP, my background includes treating a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, which supports a comprehensive and individualized approach to care.

I believe that psychological symptoms are meaningful and purposive and are best treated with careful listening and a sincere attempt to understand. Fundamental to this undertaking is a trustworthy, reliable, containing space that I will aim to cultivate with each client, in earnest, at every appointment. While my goal is to minimize the use of medication as much as possible, I will always honor a client’s wish in this realm over my own.
