Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Katherine, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 4 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across New York, specializing in ADHD, anger management/impulse disorder, anxiety, and binge eating disorder. My strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care was established through my master’s in nursing and psychiatric specialization at New York University.

Trained as a psych NP, I’m a generalist with experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions.

I have a warm and interactive style and believe treatment should be based on mutual trust and respect. I try to find a balance between strategies that create short-term change, and therapeutic interventions that promote self-understanding.
