Megan Rhyne-Cousar

Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Megan, a double board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner with 14 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across North Carolina, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and insomnia & sleep issues. My Doctor of Nursing Practice in psychiatry was completed at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.

Trained as a psych NP, I am a generalist with experience in treating a wide range of conditions.

I take a holistic, patient-centered approach to care that recognizes the connection between mental and physical health. I believe that effective treatment begins with understanding each individual’s unique experiences, concerns, strengths, and goals. I view treatment as a collaborative partnership and work closely with patients to develop personalized care plans that align with their needs and values.
