Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Michele, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 8 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across Virginia and North Carolina, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and insomnia & sleep issues. My post-graduate psychiatric specialization from Wilkes University, provided my strong basis in evidence-based mental health care.

Trained as a psych NP, I’m a generalist with experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions.

My approach to mental health care is grounded in a holistic, patient-centered style that recognizes the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. It is important to build a therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect, trust, and collaboration. This means taking the time to actively listen, understanding unique experiences, and empowering patients to be active participants in their treatment plans. My approach is individualized, respecting each patient’s values, cultural background, and preferences.
