Nicholas (Nick) Bischoff

Hi! I’m Nick, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner serving adults across Kentucky. I specialize in ADHD, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, OCD, and depression. My approach is therapy-first, trauma-informed, and collaborative, blending evidence-based psychiatry with psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, and thoughtful medication management when appropriate. I completed my psychiatric nurse practitioner training at Vanderbilt University.

I believe real healing happens when we slow down and look beneath the surface – at the patterns, the history, and what your nervous system has been carrying. My work is less focused on simply suppressing symptoms and more focused on helping clients understand the deeper patterns driving them – and helping you build genuine safety, clarity, and trust in yourself from the inside out. My style is warm, grounded, and direct, with a strong emphasis on meaningful long-term healing.
