Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Olesea, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 11 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across Washington, DC and Maryland, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and insomnia and sleep issues. My master of science in nursing specializing in psychiatry was completed at Frostburg State University where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.

Trained as a psych NP, I am a generalist with experience in treating a wide range of mental health conditions.

My approach to treatment is warm, inclusive, and solution-focused that treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
