Swarovski EL Range 8x42 Binocular Rangefinder with Tracking Assistant Orange

The Swarovski EL Range 8x42 Binocular Rangefinder in Orange with Tracking Assistant is the latest version of the EL Range series with orange rubber armoring. Added measurement capabilities include environmental data such as temperature and air pressure to adjust the shooting solution. Built-in WiFi communicates with the Swarovski app on your smart phone to download personalized ballistics profiles and lets you change settings from the phone. The EL Range can display the range and either the angle or the number of clicks required to adjust your rifle scope. The Tracking Assistant can run on your phone or in the EL Range to direct you to where your last shot hit. Optically, the EL Range 8x42 has a field of view of 8°, which converts to 419' at 1000 yds. The eye relief is a generous 19mm and close focus is 16.4'. Measuring range is 10 - 2200 yards with an accuracy of ±1 yd. Readings can be given in either metric or Imperial units. Swarovision optics yield a light transmission of 90%. Of course, they are waterproof and nitrogen purged. The procedure to adjust the diopters for your eyes is somewhat complicated.
