Sheila (she/her/hers) is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner serving our Washington clients. Sheila has over eight years of nursing experience and completed her psychiatric training at Walden University.

Trained as a Psych NP, Sheila is a generalist with experience in treating a wide range of conditions.

“I am passionate about working with a diverse population of individuals and take pride in utilizing a holistic, patient-centered approach. My goal is to build rapport that fosters a positive provider-patient relationship. When developing therapeutic treatment plans, I focus on the whole person rather than just the diagnosis. I actively involve patients in their care, believing that their engagement leads to better outcomes and adherence. By listening carefully and providing necessary feedback, I create a supportive environment for healing.”
