I’ve taken the ADHD Care Pledge to support safe and thoughtful stimulant use

Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Tracey, a double board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner with 19 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across Alaska, specializing in LGBTQIA+, gender, and sexuality topics, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, and ADHD. My doctor of nursing practice in psychiatry was completed at the University of Alaska, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.

As a psych NP, my background includes treating a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, which supports a comprehensive and individualized approach to care.

My approach to patient care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. I strive to create a space where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their healing. I integrate medical and psychotherapeutic perspectives to address the whole person, mind, body, and environment while tailoring care plans that honor each patient’s unique story, strengths, and goals.

We’re likely a good match if you…

  • feel comfortable with people who give you space to be yourself
  • want support stepping out of old habits that drain you

“Tracy was very knowledgeable, had good pointers and good connections to point me to the right resources. While I sought services Tracy no longer provided, there was still an intersection am considering transitioning other services to this care because my current GP is getting overloaded and perhaps it would be easier for me to manage with lavender.”
