Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Lindsey, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 16 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across New York, specializing in women’s issues, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)/trauma, and depression. My strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care was established through my master of science in nursing specializing in psychiatry at West Coast University.

Trained as a psych NP, I’m a generalist with experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions.

As a prescriber I strive to tailor a medication management plan to each patient, meeting their needs and comfort with medications while also addressing the treatment plan. I also like to offer recommendations for complimentary and alternative therapies including over the counter supplements, herbal medications, dietary changes, and lifestyle changes. I have an interest in integrative and nutritional psychiatry and am pursuing advanced education in these fields. I believe mental health is part of whole person health, so I base my practice on addressing needs to promote overall wellness.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“I was very pleased with my first session with Lindsey. She is incredibly kind, patient, a truly active listener, and really smart. I felt very comfortable right away, and I am confident that she and I will be able to communicate effectively. Lindsey validated an emotion I've been struggling with almost immediately, and that is helping me feel that maybe I finally have access to the help I need. I'm looking forward to working with her."
