Hey! I’m Jamie, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 12 years of nursing experience. I provide care to clients across Pennsylvania, specializing in maternal mental health (pre-/postpartum), women’s issues, anxiety, and depression. My post-graduate psychiatric specialization from Wilkes University provided my strong basis in evidence-based mental health care.

Trained as a psych NP, I’m a generalist with experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions.

Working as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I have learned the importance of developing strong therapeutic relationships with my clients. I love the Lavender model of offering both medication management and therapy from the same provider. Evidence shows that therapy and medication together work better than medication alone. While I enjoy working with adults of all ages and diagnoses, I am passionate about working with moms and pregnant people who deal with mental health struggles during pregnancy and postpartum. I also treat PMDD and mood changes during perimenopause and menopause.

We’re likely a good match if you…

  • appreciate someone who meets you exactly where you’re at
  • want help navigating changes that feel confusing or unexpected
  • are trying to find small moments of joy again
  • want to feel calmer when things don’t go exactly right
  • are figuring out what parenthood means for you
