ANCC Accredited
We’re ANCC accredited in nursing continuing professional development. This accreditation demonstrates the commitment to using evidence-based criteria when developing high-quality educational resources to promote the professional growth of nurses.
Psych NPs at Lavender have the opportunity to learn from a growing library of professional development content, journal club meetings, group clinical consultations, and live learning events from experts on psychotherapy and condition-specific topics such as ADHD, depression and anxiety. Our culture of learning helps bring us together as a team to deliver high quality, evidence-based care and improve mental health outcomes.
What It Means to Be an NP With Lavender
Working at Lavender is about providing high quality evidence-based care through a combined therapy and medication management approach. You’ll get to work alongside and collaborate with a team of clinicians and support staff. Grow your knowledge and hone your psychiatric skills through personalized guidance, continuing education, a new graduate peer support program, and a NP leadership development program.
We require a 20-hour per week minimum commitment from NPs. Aside from that, you have the flexibility to make your own schedules and see clients remotely, when it works for you. Lavender strongly supports work-life balance, so NPs are encouraged to work no more than 40 hours per week, and no more than 10 hours per day. Our nurse practitioners, on average, will have a full caseload of clients within a few months.
“By far the most kind, supportive team I’ve ever been a part of as a Nurse Practitioner. I love the work I get to do here and the people I work with! It’s a rare thing to find genuinely good people you can 100% trust. Lavender is that kind of place.”
