In-Network With Most Major Plans

We’re in-network with most major insurance companies, including Aetna (including GEHA and Meritain), Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Anthem, Empire, Horizon, and Regence), Cigna Healthcare, Medicare (Part B plans), Oscar Health, Oxford Health Plans, and UnitedHealthcare. Every plan is different—some may have a co-pay or require you to meet a deductible first. We accept primary insurance only and don’t take secondary insurance.

Just a heads-up: we don’t accept Medicaid (United Community Plans).
